The Heart Behind the Mission: My Journey

I didn’t just study habit formation; I lived the struggle. At 46, I found myself at 267 pounds, feeling slow, heavy, and out of control.

The moment that changed my world forever happened in a busy mall when my toddler darted away. I tried to chase her, but my body failed me. That visceral fear became my "Why"—a realization that my health was a barrier to protecting the child I had prayed for.

I reclaimed my life by losing 90 pounds, shedding layers of doubt and fear along the way. Today, as the founder of Atlanta Wellness Clinic, I help others who feel stuck find their own brave first step.
